The lack of customer service at Coastal Nissan is mindboggling. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of having to bring my brand new car into the shop over and over again, I was treated like an annoyance. I have had to leave work early on several occasions to get my car in for service before they close. My car has spent countless hours in the service garage and still, there have been no results for the reoccurring problem. I have been in for service over 6 times within 2 months of buying my brand new 2009 car. This has been a complete nightmare & I would advise everyone to steer clear of Coastel Nissan!!! Cons: Terrible Customer Service - NO results more
