I recently bought a used Murano at coastal Nissan. I had a terrible experience, not only with the sales department, but with the service as well. I called to test drive an SUV that I really liked. After the test drive, I was interested in purchasing the car, however, the sales associate, Eban seemed as though he was in a rush, and did not have the time of day to sit with me and answer questions. He was more interested in closing the deal, than giving me the information I wanted/needed. I bought the Murano because it appeared to be a great deal, and I loved it! I had a trade in that was only a year old, and they definitely could have given me a better price for the trade value. Between Eban and the finance department, no one ever called me back, I always had to call a couple of times before getting in touch with anyone. When I finally came to pick up the car, no one was ready for me, I had to wait at least 30-40 min before anyone helped me. I was upset becasue they did not relay to me the items I would need in order to get the car. I came from about an hour away, and would have been pissed if I didn't already happen to have the paperwork needed. Maybe had they ever called me back, I would have known exactly what I needed!
