I took my car to Too Quick's to have the catalytic converter replaced. I called ahead and told them about my car so they could order the converter and have it ready. Once I had dropped my car off, I got a phone call an hour or so later saying they needed to order another part to be able to put on the converter properly. I went and picked it up and made an appointment for the next week, a couple days after my part was supposed to be delivered. I took my car in at 8:15 this morning, confirmed with the guy at the desk it would only take a couple hours and be ready by noon so I could get to work, and he told me it wouldn't be a problem. I called to check on things at 11:30 and was told the part had just arrived and they were getting started! However they did tell me they could do the work fairly quickly, even if it wasn't ready right at 12. I showed up and watched through the window as the mechanic took lots of time just looking at my car and scratching his head, he didn't seem to be at all interested in getting done quickly, even though I let the desk staff know I really needed to get to work. The car wasn't ready until 2, which was an hour after I was supposed to be at work. I didn't get so much as apology for how long it took, and when we asked why they didn't tell us it would take so long, the guy acted like it was my fault the part wasn't delivered on time. Also, the final cost was about $50 more than I was told it would be. But the repair was done correctly. Be careful about using these guys.
Pros: quality workmanship
Cons: slow, terrible customer service.
