While putting new tires on our Jetta the tech lost grip of the compressor hose and it flung around banging our car up from bumper to bumper on one side. They did not offer an apology or explanation and were very flippant in telling us to just get an estimate. We got an estimate the next day $3600.00 plus a rental car for 3 days - and they lost it! In a days time they could not find our estimate!!!! We spent a day running that car around getting estimates and they could not manage to hang on to it. So we had to call around to get it refaxed. The inconvenience was bad enough, and we can understand accidents happen. But to have no regard or for what they had done is unacceptable. I will never go there again!
Pros: They got the tires on the car.
Cons: They put $3600.00 worth of damage on our car!
