Chris, salesperson, was rude and belligerant when I brought my car in to get the MP3 cable replaced after only 6 months. First, he emphatically claimed that Audio Symphony didn't put in the cable, which is attached to the expensive car radio I bought there 6 months ago. Then, he changed his tune, and blamed me for pulling and jerking on it.
