Service-oriented 11/30/2013

I purchased my first cell phone from Audio Symphony twenty-five years ago and have further purchased a dozen for me and my employees. They have also installed four different sound systems over the years. When I first went there, I did research on prices and theirs was the competitive. I've been known to be a picky customer and they've gone above and beyond to satisfy me. Their sound systems were always applicable to my vehicle and any cellular problems I've had, they were quick to fix it. They just seem to be very service-oriented. Duffy Damgaard more

High-quality product, good customer service, and competitive pricing. 11/11/2013

I went to Audio Symphony looking for some recommendations on redoing the audio and navigation systems inside my Jeep. They spent a fair amount of time explaining the different options. Once I was clear, the installation was done at a fair price. They did everything very quickly. They were also able to adjust minor things that I wanted with no problems or additional charges. more

Positive experience from beginning to end 10/30/2013

Audio Symphony installed a replacement, upgraded and more modern radio. They also installed a Bluetooth system, subwoofer, and amplifier in the back of the car. They had to do quite a bit of internal disassembly which I was nervous about initially because I don't like other people touching my car. Very professional, courteous, and attentive. 10/2/2013

I had finally gone to Audio Symphony because I kept having problems with other companies, and boy what a difference it was! They took incredible care of me and treated me right. They hooked up some audio, tested it all, and took the time to answer some questions. People should definitely use their services. They are very professional. I highly recommend them. more

I've known the guys at Audio Symphony for 20 years. They are very special. The staff and the gentlemen who run it know what they are doing. That is the MOST important thing about a service. It's necessary that people know what they're doing! If something is broken, Audio Symphony will take it right there, take it apart, and put it back together good as new. There's no bologna with warranties or anything like that. They are on the spot, and they address things immediately You can compare this to life's trials and tribulations. There are always bumps in the road, but these guys put flowers to make up for these bumps! more

Rate Audio Symphony Service as Excellent 9/13/2013

Have used Audio Symphony Services for audio systems installed in my vehicles. Also Audio Symphony installed a home theater system in my home. Their work was dependable and of high quality. I give Audio Symphony an excellent rating in all categories. more

Experienced and committed 9/8/2013

The guys did a great job with my installation. We were not sure how much work we wanted to do initially and we adjusted the scope of the project as our remodel effort expanded. Also, because we are not technical people, we really appreciated the time the team spent to make sure we understood which components and systems were needed and how things worked. Audio Symphony tested everything and did the programming. The work was done on time and on budget. When a factory component failed a couple months after the installation, Audio Symphony quickly got us a replacement component at no cost even though the replacement was a newer model. We are very happy to have selected Audio Symphony. more

Very satisfied with the service 8/30/2013

Audio Symphony has done several jobs for me for in the last 8 or 9 years. They did a home theater installation which was great. I hired them later to upgrade. They did some hands-free work with my car audio. They've done work with my company installing studio equipment for an aerobics studio, conference room hook-ups, projector systems, etc. I use them for all of my audio and video needs. I keep using them because of their service. They're very responsive. I've never had problems. They went above and beyond. I've been very satisfied. Each time, I've received the best service. You should definitely give them a try. I've tried a lot of companies in the past and I'm extremely happy with Audio Symphony. They're very knowledgeable and accommodating. I have no problem recommending them. more

Exceptional service 8/27/2013

The specialist at Audio Symphony was all knowing and he's the one I mainly worked with but he was on vacation a couple of times which is why I gave a four instead of a five for total experience. It was a bit of a disservice because we had to wait for him but Chris was helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Eddy was also an experienced and knowledgeable expert. John Noble more

Parrot Blue-tooth in both family cars 1/4/2011

Audio Symphony installed parrot blue tooth in both our family cars so that no matter who is driving, we have hands free cellular and it's really great. We also decided to replace the old radio in the family station wagon with one that ROCKS for the drives up to Tahoe and the North Coast. What a great job they did...and the installation is perfect...we're a past customer as well...so were delighted to return again for Audio Symphony once again. more

Rude 8/20/2009

Chris, salesperson, was rude and belligerant when I brought my car in to get the MP3 cable replaced after only 6 months. First, he emphatically claimed that Audio Symphony didn't put in the cable, which is attached to the expensive car radio I bought there 6 months ago. These guys have worked on my 2 cars 3/26/2008

Auto Symphony has installed security systems and CD changers in my 2 cars. The work was done on time and at the price they quoted. The staff was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Their location is convenient and the covered parking makes it a snap to get in and out of on busy Van Ness Ave. Recently we had to replace parts for one of the security systems. The original part was sent to the manufacturer. We got a new one back and it was installed right away. All I had to pay was the installation charge. I've referred friends here as well. Audio Symphony is an evil place- if you go, prepare for aggravation, disappointment , and loss of faith in the human race 6/20/2007

I agree with the other poster- this store will cheat you- they are dishonest, unhelpful, and nasty. Specifically, they agreed to remove my car navigation system (which they sell) and send it in for repairs (and charged me for this) but them decided that I should sent it in (at my expense) instead- then, when it came time to reinstall it- they doubled the price (and only went back to the original price when I pointed out that I could see right there on their computer screen the price agreed upon) and then they broke the machine while attempting to reinstall it- their tech wrote me a letter admitting they broke it- which I kept (for any doubters)) but instead of taking any responsibility- handed me back the broken item and told me to send it (again, at my expense) back to the company b/c "the company might fix it for free if you the customer asks, but not if we ask". I will never go there again, and if you do, you're a fool. Pros: None Cons: See review more
