I had hardwood flooring installed by Flooring World Carpet One last year before the holidays and I was not happy with the outcome. The owner came right out and looked at my floor, then shortly after that, he brought the distributor and manufacturer (Armstrong-Robbins) when various boards were put together out of my remaining 1/2 used box you could clearly see that the milling was off and after installation it resulted in what I now know, is called "overwood." Armstrong only wanted to refinish my brand new pre-finished floors, but, Flooring World Carpet One fought against them for what I wanted! The new floor I purchased and had paid 1/2 down on, Flooring World Carpet One never asked for another pennie until the new floor was successfully installed and looked terrific-in my eyes! Though the whole thing took a while, they didn't stop fighting for us! I am now a life long, loyal customer of Flooring World Carpet One's.
