I got shuffled to three different counters for help, waiting about 15 minutes before anyone said "you need something?" Then proceeded to tell me sorry but I was busy so "What do you want?" At that point, I left and will NEVER go to Kinkos for anything..... try Office Depot. Great service and pleasant staff.
