Overpriced and undertalented 1/5/2006

I've used this FedEx store a few times and have regretted every visit. The staff is clueless and void of personality or customer service. All of the services offered at FexEx stores are overpriced and completely impersonal. I make every effort to use other local mailing services such as the UPS store or Mail Clinic. If you are looking for a great place to send your packages or make a copy...you'd be better off at just about ANY other place than this FedEx store. more
