It is nice to get competent help quickly when you need it. Jerry was thorough with diagnosing the problem, patient with my many questions, and got the job done right. He found the “root” of the problem and disconnected an old unused sewer pipe that had been tied into my line by “the other guys”. The old pipe had allowed a huge glob of little branches to enter my pipe. Thank you for getting the job done correctly.
