I've purchased many gift certificates from this place in the last year and recently they changed management and raised the price of a basic massage by 50% (though the new owners kept the phone number and added "West Hollywood" to the name). When I purchased the gift certificates for my partner's birthday, I noticed one of the new staff being snippy and short with people in the waiting area. I chalked it up to him having a bad day and purchased them anyway. Today, I ended up having to go back and cash the unused certificates in because that same person treated my partner of 12 years with such rudeness that he never wants to go back. I get my partner massage gift certificates for every holiday (including Valentine's Day) and he looks forward to every session. Now I feel like I've given him a really negative experience for his birthday and I am very embarrassed. I used to recommend this place, but now I strongly recommend against it.
