I purchased a king size mattress and when it came time to deliver it I realized the wrong size spring box was brought over,it took two weeks to replace it and now the almost new mattress is sinking.When I call to exchange it the store sent two drivers,one of which spoke barely a word of English to ""take pictures""as if pictures could tell the story.The camera had a full memory card and after apologizing they both left. The manager, another oriental who barely speaks English,gave me the roundabout and would not listen. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN and I am still with a defective mattress.
