I am a repeat customer of Valley Furniture. I just bought a coach and sofa made by Broyhill (about $1, 700) from the store in Rohnert Park. I was told that back cushions have dividers in them so that their fillings does not shift and bulge over time. Well, this same thing happened only after 4 weeks of normal use. The back cushions looked unpleasant and the whole furniture looked very used as the results of this. I called Ken the sales person. He was very nice and promised to get back to me shortly. He called me back in less than an hour and arranged to pick them up for repair. The crew showed up the next day and took the furniture back. They brought them back in two days and now they look much better. I was very pleased with the service which they provided me.\r more

We went to every store in Santa Rosa and then after a quick bite to think over where we were gonna buy our bedroom set we decided to just poke around in valley furniture (we were at in n out). When we walked in to the store we got a friendly hello and were left alone for like 10 min which is one reason aside from the awesome prices, amazing quality and great choices that we decided to buy out bedroom set here.. for such a large purchase i honestly enjoyed being left alone to make our decision without a nagging salesperson on our back the whole time. Horrible experience!! 7/13/2009

I purchased a king size mattress and when it came time to deliver it I realized the wrong size spring box was brought over,it took two weeks to replace it and now the almost new mattress is sinking.When I call to exchange it the store sent two drivers,one of which spoke barely a word of English to ""take pictures""as if pictures could tell the story.The camera had a full memory card and after apologizing they both left. The manager, another oriental who barely speaks English,gave me the roundabout and would not listen. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN and I am still with a defective mattress. Pros: One salesman Cons: Unprofessional,untrustworthy more
