I am a professional who deals with the public daily. The veterinary care is good enough, but the front office Staff is not worth the added cost. Condescending and rude. Unprofessional and caustic. Just one or two people who affect the tone of the entire place. I've been treated cooly in the past but Have just let it go. I have never been yelled at by a veterinarians office staff before today and never will be again. I will not recommend them to any of my friends or associates ever again, and definitely will find another vet for my animals. No one deserves to be treated so rudely. I have personally let office staff go for MUCH less than what happened to me at this establishment. I Don't recommend them at all unless you enjoy condescion and attempts at humiliation by a minimum wage high school graduate with delusions of grandeur and a bad attitude.
No thanks. I treat people nicely and with respect and expect no less in return.
