My daughter was in town and had a rash suddenly appear. We called and the office was able to work her in with JoEllen Dyson that day. We expected to have a long wait, but after about 15 minutes she was called back, was seen by JoEllen, given some sample ointment and an Rx in case the sample didn't help, and were out 10 minutes later. Additionally, since my daughter is a college student, they checked on the insurance for us and even called them to make sure it would be covered. I'm not sure I've ever received that type of follow through! We have both already recommended Skin Solutions to friends and definitely have found a great new dermatology office.
