My night guard was NOT what I ordered. My previous night guard made by a dentist lasted 30 years. The one I got from Precision dental failed in less than 2 years. They do no respond, answer the phone or email. The State of Georgia has passed my complaint onto the the Board of Dentistry. Precision Dental Works has done nothing and has not responded in any way.
Cons: They do not stand behind their product and are unreachable.
