My night guard was NOT what I ordered. My previous night guard made by a dentist lasted 30 years. The one I got from Precision dental failed in less than 2 years. They do no respond, answer the phone or email. The State of Georgia has passed my complaint onto the the Board of Dentistry. Precision Dental Works has done nothing and has not responded in any way. Cons: They do not stand behind their product and are unreachable. more

Bad customer service 11/26/2008

This company is awful! I ordered a mouthguard from them and it never came. \r \r Their customer service is so poor that they do not except calls. After going back and forth over email I decided to cancel my order. They said they would refund my money and it has been over three weeks and they still haven't credited my card. I am going to report them and stop payment. more
