Before I got to BG I lived out of state and couldn't drive the 9 hours to do my paperwork. A friend recommended Mecca and I requested to have the paperwork sent to me. The people who answered the phone were never polite and made me seem like I was a burden in not driving the distance to sign their paperwork.
In addition, I have been staying in BG all summer and have always paid my rent in full and on time. I checked my mail to find that I apparently owed $600+ in rent/late fees. Luckily I had ALL of my receipts and printed my online banking and brought them all in to show I didn't owe them a single red cent. If you are unfortunate enough to rent from them, keep EVERY receipt so they don't try to swindle you out of your less-than-plentiful college kid money.
Pros: Repairmen are reliable and friendly
Cons: People in the office, and large careless errors in money owe
