In short, I don't like the people in the office. The prices are fine, even the policies they have are fine, but they talk to you is as though you were an imbecile. Every time I've been in the office and I witness them interacting with another client (whether on the phone or in person), they always mutter under their breathe or roll their eyes. The woman with a really bad fake-blonde dye job up front is worst of all. She is very condescending. \r

There was one instance when residents were complaining that others were being noisy. Rather than asking the noisy people to keep it down after a certain hour, the management circulated a flyer asking residents to be more accommodating of the noise. If you think that's acceptable, this might be the place for you. But for me it was insulting and an excuse for the management not to take action. \r

I've asked them on two occasions to fix the gutter above my door, but they have not touched it the whole year.\r

I am/was a professor at Bowling Green State University and they treated me this way. I imagine they treat students worse. \r

Other rental agencies may be no better, but try them out first to see if they treat you better. Make sure you know exactly what you're signing. The terms are not unfair, but just make sure you understand them because the management office will not help you at all.
Pros: Low price for a 2-bedroom
Cons: The room had 3 different kinds of carpet, it was dirty & noisy; NOT recommended for families
