it is always a difficult thing to have the unexpected happen especially when it costs you money. i thought with the initial call to get things set up my experience would be great. boy, that first impression was sure wrong!\r

the technician in the sandy store was rude and condescending and i was very displeased. i had air noise when they replaced the windshield which is VERY annoying by the way. not only that, it took two more visits to get a decent windshield....the second one they put in was wavey...very strange when you are trying to drive and see clearly.\r

totally a horrible experience and very inconvenient. i will never go back
Pros: the phone call to set things up was great!
Cons: the rest of the experience was horrible!
