Cinco Mechanical came out to our house to service our AC on behalf of American Home Warranty. The only problem was a worn out blower motor. The tech incorrectly diagnosed the problem to be with our electrical connection and told us we had to pay for an electrician to come out and test it. We paid $75.00 for a certified electrician to come out and he verified that all was set up to code and that there was nothing wrong with the electrical. \r

After that, American Home Warranty faxed him to come back and fix the problem. It has been 4 days since that and he has not even called to set up the appointment. Neither American Home Warranty nor myself are able to contact him. If he does not reply soon they said they will send someone else. Very frustrating. \r

It has been 10 days without AC for our upstairs and I think both American Home Warranty and Cinco Mechanical could not care less.
