My dog is chill and loves people and dogs. My dog and the others I observed on both drop and pick-up visits do not like the owner. That should be enough info to know to not go here. The operators set the mood for the environment and the workers. The operators have stated they do not want to know nor ask of employee personal lives, yet gossip about the female employee of 1 year having a $600 prescription bill and yet making only $600/mo. Or the guy Kemo, the manager, having no common sense. He can't find a book and calls the owner for help yet doesn't call the owner when they 'accidentally' shave someones dog bald and Kemo can't decide (isn't authorized?) to refund the charged card of the pets owner. Kemo couldn't fix the overages on my bill and said the owner can, so come back when he is here, sometime, tomorrow. How about a friend to my dog, and the owners just like you and me... come to get their dog and find he has expired?!?! Owner they say, handed them back their leash and said sorry. Thats it. Pros: made me realize what place I DO NOT LIKE and wont go back to Cons: Dog Death (not mine) and soul-less owner non-sympathy more
