Ordered box of cigars from their on-line operation, cheapercigars, also run by Puro Nundi, Inc. I was charged for the order, but they never shipped the cigars and now refuse to provide refund. Tried to contact them, but no response. Reported them to Business Bureau where I found they have an F rating and refuse to respond to formal Bureau inquiries. Stay away from this place!!!!
