I love the smell of a good cigar. There are bad cigars but ya won't find any here at FAME! Cigars are a love of mine. I used to smoke cigars with my father and grand father with a glass of Port or Cognac. I walk in here and I am instantly back in the company of my two favorite men- Daddy and Grandpa. Thanks Faegun for such a great place to smoke in a town shrinking in places to actually enjoy a drink and Stoggie! Luv ya fat boy! Wink, wink . . . . ;) Mandi Pros: Ambiance. Cigars and wine. Cons: Too many Cigars! Just kidding boys! more

Oasis in the Desert. 2/4/2010

As I stepped in the store, everything was arranged so properly that everything was in their place. All the Cigars were displayed visible, the Wines were arranged in a right manner as countrywise, and verietal wise. The Lounge feels like you are right in the middle of an Oasis which makes the place like Heaven. A private club where one can drink a glass of Wine or a Beer while smoking a good Cigar. I was really impressed when I saw 40 different lables of beer in that Lounge. An Eye-Catching Place in Palm Springs. Pros: Best Customer service and good knowledge of sales. Cons: No Cons more

Gr8 Place to relax and be by yourself!!! 2/3/2010

I was in the Palm Springs for a business meeting and was done for the day, so I thought lets go and have some Cigars. To my surprise I came to this location and had a nice Arturo Fuente Anejo and asked the person at the counter where would be a cool spot to have a glass of wine and at the same time smoke my cigar? I was introduced to their Lounge and sat there for about 2 hours enjoying my Anejo and also tried their great Zinfandel's and Shiraz. A nice reason for me to go to Palm Springs for my business meetings. Pros: Have a smoke while you are having a Glass of Wine. more

BAD SERVICE! 7/6/2009

Ordered box of cigars from their on-line operation, cheapercigars, also run by Puro Nundi, Inc. I was charged for the order, but they never shipped the cigars and now refuse to provide refund. Tried to contact them, but no response. Reported them to Business Bureau where I found they have an F rating and refuse to respond to formal Bureau inquiries. Stay away from this place!!!! THIS PLACE HAS A GREAT SELECTION OF WINE AND CIGARS SO I DON'T KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD COMPLAIN....THE ATMOSPHERE IS NOTHING BUT WARM ..WITH GREAT PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THERE....I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.....I WOULD BE BACK TO GET BUY MY WINE THERE IN A HEART BEAT..... My partner and I just were there just the other evening to windowshop and take a looksie. We are still in the desert on our honeymoon and were thinking of gifts made in California to bring back to his parents in Maryland- Stick with ""Arenas Street"" area boys! These people are not our people! We weren't even given the time of day. So the feeling is mutual. Next time we visit the Desert, we'll bring our own wine from home. Pros: Beautiful interior, colors and textures and artwork. Large variety to choose Cons: Workers wern't interested in assisting my partner and I but yet talked to everyone esle! more

Couldn't believe the service when I entered into the Cigar store. A long haired person who I believe was the janitor came out to ""Help"" but had no idea what he was talking about. Tried to sell me a cigar telling me it was a smooth and easy to light cigar! What the heck is that . . . an easy to light cigar? I got the hell outta there when gandhi came out from the back and started telling me not to touch the cigars uless I was going to buy now! Bye, bye! more
