Our fridge was on the fritz, so we called half a dozen different places this morning. Express Appliance came through like champs! They were easy to communicate w/ on the phone & in person. We had a pretty specific idea of what the problem w/ our fridge may have been, and they were able to give us an estimate immediately over the phone---all of the other repair companies wanted to charge a ridiculously overpriced service fee for an in-person estimate (Express's service fee was HALF what the other guys wanted, and there was no service fee charge since Express made the repair). We called just after 8 am this morning, and they've already come and gone (it's not even 11 am)---talk about prompt service! And the technicians were very knowledgable and informed. They've been in business for a long time and there's no doubt about why---it's because they are kind, honest, hard-working guys. If you've got anything that needs to be repaired or serviced, you should CALL EXPRESS! You'll be glad that you did. They're at the top of our list, and we're delighted to have found such an outstanding company.
