HORRIBLE COLOR + Customer Service and Management 7/22/2009

I received a full highlight and cut and did not receive what I asked for. Then, upon asking them to fix it, they charged me to do so!! In my original visit I even brought in pictures of the coloring that I wanted. You don't get much clearer than that! Well the result was not AT ALL what I asked for. The next day I called them and they fit me into the schedule to have it fixed, but upon my arrival they told me that they would have to charge me for a new set of highlights! I argued with them, but was desperate to have it fixed, so I succumbed. I was feeling really uneasy about having to pay additionally for this, and after talking to a few friends, they all told me that was unacceptable and I should seek retribution. So I called and spoke to the manager and at first they were unwilling to do anything! I argued some more and they offered me a measly 10% off of my next service. I cannot believe that in this economy they would operate in this fashion. I was an unhappy customer and I shouldn't have had to work this hard for good customer service.
