If you have a broken appliance, stay away from this company! I used them to repair a dishwasher at a rental property. I received a bill for $75 a few days later. I mailed out the $75 at then end of the month. The following week I received ANOTHER bill, showing their receipt of my $75--only now they had added another $50 AS A LATE FEE! Are you kidding me? I called them to say that was a ridiculous sum, given the amount of the original bill and the fact it was only a few DAYS late. They actually sent this to collections--imagine that--sending ONLY A LATE FEE to collections when the original bill has been paid in full? To top it off, the dishwasher failed again within a month, and I sent a different company out to repair it (it has worked fine since).
