I called Quality Appliance because my dryer quit heating they came out the SAME DAY and fixed my dryer they even wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves, excellent service, I will definitely call Quality Appliance again for any appliance repair in the future. more

QA came out and fixed an issue with our washer and charged us roughly $200. Things worked fine for roughly 60 days and then the same issue came up again. When I called to have them come out to fix the same issue, again, they refused to come out without charging a $75 fee and all the labor fees associated with fixing THE SAME ISSUE. The part is under warranty for another 30 days but I'll still get hit with paying them at least $150 to fix the same thing they fixed 60 days ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not budge AT ALL on any issue if it is past their 30 day labor guarantee. The woman even said if I don't like their policy then I should go somewhere else. I called another highly rated company and they're coming out same day and will diagnose without charging a service fee AND they have a 90 day guarantee on their labor. DO NOT USE QUALITY APPLIANCE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! more

If you have a broken appliance, stay away from this company! I used them to repair a dishwasher at a rental property. I received a bill for $75 a few days later. I mailed out the $75 at then end of the month. The following week I received ANOTHER bill, showing their receipt of my $75--only now they had added another $50 AS A LATE FEE! Are you kidding me? I called them to say that was a ridiculous sum, given the amount of the original bill and the fact it was only a few DAYS late. They actually sent this to collections--imagine that--sending ONLY A LATE FEE to collections when the original bill has been paid in full? To top it off, the dishwasher failed again within a month, and I sent a different company out to repair it (it has worked fine since). more
