I never fill out these reviews but after reading the negative ones here I had to! I have been a loyal customer for years and have had only the best experiences at south paw. I am sure that these wonderful caregivers make an occasional mistake but never without doing their very best to please the customer and treat the pets with care. My poodle is elderly and Roxy always makes a special appt for her at the end of the day when it is quiet to minimize her stress. I don't know what I would do without her, and all of the groomers there, you can tell they are real animal lovers!
