One of their shameless liar is Axel Aragon. I was planning to buy a Solara convertible. Knowing that the vehicle is rare now as Toyota had decided to discontinue the model, I emailed Sandy Springs Toyota asking if there is one in their lot. Axel answered my emailed and also called me later, saying that they have a couple of them and would like to sell me at a price level that I requested. I asked him about the details of the vehicle such as miles on it as well as the VIN. He refused to give me the information and insisted in me to come to visit to make a deal. So I agreed to come next day to have a test drive and he promised me to have a great experience. He even asked me what color I prefered so he could have the car ready to me. However, when I arrived there on the appointment time, Axel let me wait for 20 minutes before showing up for a quick hi, and passing me to another agent, and then disapperd. After waiting for another 20 minutes for the new agent to get ready, I was told that they did not have any solara convertibles, not even a used one! Basically, they just wanted me to come over to see other alternatives! Thanks for the ""great"" experience.
