I have driven Toyotas for the last 17 years & I have always had them serviced at the dealership. I make a point of making a personal connection with my service manager. Some have been good & some not so much, but none of them can even come close to Nicole DeLaigle. There is no one else in the city that I would want to work with for my 2006 4Runner. \r

Nicole is the most thorough & honest service manager I have ever worked with. I never feel pressured into unnecessary service. She makes sure my 4Runner is always running right & I have never had to bring my truck in for service outside of the normal 5,000 mile checkups. \r

And while I only see her every 5,000 miles, she remembers my name. She knows that my wife is pregnant. She knows that my dog is crazy. And she knows where I grew up. My point is that Nicole is more than just a Service Manager, she takes the time to get to know her customers on a personal level. \r

In an industry where people believe that dealership service departments are only out there to fleece the customer, Nicole blows that theory out of the water. I would not only recommend her to anyone who owns a Toyota, she is a big reason why I would buy another Toyota.
