MetroCast in Waterford is unfortunately one of the few cable options in Waterford and is plagued with frequent interruptions in service, many changes in the channels in the selected package, difficulties in getting customer service to send repairmen, and an unwillingness to make refunds for periods when service is interrupted. Maybe not a good choice.
Pros: Least expensive basic cable option.
Cons: Frequent interruptions, spotty service, few refunds.
