I ordered a job online and called to confirm. I was told it would be done by 7 PM that evening. Two days later I came in to pick it up in the morning. I waited my turn in line only to find out that it was not done. I was told that they were not sure when it would be done - this was conveyed with some serious attitude. I called the assistant manager who then told me that it would be done by noon. I came in to pick it up at 1:15 PM . After I waited for my turn, I found that they still had to look for it, box it up, and ring it up.
