FedEx Kinko's is disrepectful of your time, money, and business 7/17/2009

I filed an order online and called to confirm. Came to pick up 2 days after they said it would be done. Was not done. Was told , with some serious attitude, that they did not know when it would be done and weren't responsible for it. Called manager, was told that it would be done at noon. At no point did this manager utter the word "sorry". At 1:15 PM they could not find it initially. It was not boxed up and ready to go. more

This Fed Ex does not respect your time, money or business. 7/17/2009

I ordered a job online and called to confirm. I was told it would be done by 7 PM that evening. Two days later I came in to pick it up in the morning. I waited my turn in line only to find out that it was not done. I was told that they were not sure when it would be done - this was conveyed with some serious attitude. I called the assistant manager who then told me that it would be done by noon. I came in to pick it up at 1:15 PM . After I waited for my turn, I found that they still had to look for it, box it up, and ring it up. Pros: Location Cons: Does not respect your time, money, or business more
