Purchased a new home with a "new" air conditioner and had 3 service calls in the first 2 1/2 years. Each call was for the same problem. The problem has occurred again, and now they would like me to pay them $450 for something they should have done 1 of the first 3 times they were out here and the air conditioner was under warranty. They want to blame the builder because he's not paying them - but they still provided the service and the problem still exists, so I believe they should accept responsibility for their mistake.
Pros: The service used to be free
Cons: Lack a desire to make sure the problem is fixed.
