Great Service 1/13/2011

Before I went with a heating and cooling company for repairs, I searched online. I came across the posting from MomofBoys and at first I was a bit scared, but due to budget reasons I still decided to go with Capitol City over some of the bigger guys and all I can say is, WOW! They offered a friendly service staff and completed my repairs after an install from a bigger company years ago. They were prompt with their response during the coldest part of the year this last week when our heater went out. I would recommend Capitol City to anyone looking for good service and still stay in budget. more

BEWARE! Same problem....different year.... 6/1/2009

Purchased a new home with a "new" air conditioner and had 3 service calls in the first 2 1/2 years. Each call was for the same problem. The problem has occurred again, and now they would like me to pay them $450 for something they should have done 1 of the first 3 times they were out here and the air conditioner was under warranty. They want to blame the builder because he's not paying them - but they still provided the service and the problem still exists, so I believe they should accept responsibility for their mistake. Pros: The service used to be free Cons: Lack a desire to make sure the problem is fixed. more
