I had very bad experience in this store (6/18/09). I wanted to buy a window special order and needed the store manager (John Morsey) to call me. I had been in this store 3 times in one day to see him about the window.. but he was gone for lunch and then for something else..nobody knew where he was. I was told every time of the 3 times I was there that he will be there. I was waiting more than 3 days..he never called me back. Also other management people been very helpless to me.\r
