Home Depot is the worst 6/20/2009

In June 2009 I was trying to buy clearance patio door and I was told I can come and pick it up for agreed price.. later when I came pick it up they changed the price few hundred higher and I was left with nothing. I had delivery arrangements and had loses. I had feeling that the man that worked at Mill work, John was afraid he will have to get up and move the door- that seemed to be his problem. He got paid anyway, per hour so what is the difference.No wander we are in economical problem, when people work like this. When another manager Lisa called me she was literally yelling at me on the phone..what kind of people are working for this Home Depot-where do they find them?My suggestion: Don't shop there. more

Home Depot is horrible ... 6/20/2009

I had very bad experience in this store (6/18/09). I wanted to buy a window special order and needed the store manager (John Morsey) to call me. I had been in this store 3 times in one day to see him about the window.. but he was gone for lunch and then for something else..nobody knew where he was. I was told every time of the 3 times I was there that he will be there. I was waiting more than 3 days..he never called me back. Also other management people been very helpless to me.\r Beth more

Won't back faulty products 7/6/2007

I bought a new General Electric refrigerator, stove, and built-in microwave from this Home Depot a few days before Thanksgiving. They were delivered and setup on time. The technicians said the fridge could take a few minutes to get to the proper temperature. It never did. We called Home Depot. They told us to call GE. GE said it would take several days before they could look at it. Meanwhile, Thanksgiving was upon us and we had many friends and family coming to visit. We had no choice but to make do the best we could without a fridge or freezer. The tech finally showed up and said he fixed it. A week later it was warm again. We told Home Depot they need to replace it or give us our money back since we bought it from them. Over the course of several non-fixing repairs and numerous complaints, they finally replaced it. What a headache! I would have given this a 1-star had the new store manager not stepped up to ensure we were finally taken care of.\r \r Avoid our headache... don't shop her more
