When I took my car for the oil change, I was expecting that they will do the $19.99 oil change with free tire rotation as they were displaying on outside board. Guess what!!! the guy at the desk printed the printed the paper and asked me to sign it without telling what service he will be doing. I signed the paper thinking that he will be doing the regular oil change. \r

I came back one hour later and was told that I have to pay $81.49. I was shocked and asked why and I was told that I have signed the paper. That guy tricked me into this. I was not able to contact the Monro customer service on that day because it was Saturday afternoon. \r

I called Monro customer service on Tuesday and spoke to Chris Johnson manager for customer service. His response was horrible. He told me that he can do nothing about it.
