Ordered EXPENSIVE sofa and loveseat but requested the pillows be zippered. Salesman phones manufacturer to check on this since zippers have not been the norm. Comes back and tells me Manufg. changing policy and all pillows will have zippers unless they are fringed, which mine were not. Pillows arrive without zippers. I phone Belfort. Told to wait 4-6 weeks for replacements. Two weeks go by and they call me and tell me it will cost more for those zippers. I ask for manager. Only get voicemail. Still waiting for someone to call me back.
