My first impression of the North Laurel Animal Hospital was less then stellar. The staff were kind and warm when I arrived and the Technician spent time asking questions and noting my concerns for Rascal, my 10 year old golden I was then seen by Dr. Adsit. She seemed like she knew what she was talking about but she kept talking down to me, like I was completely incompetent. I don't think this is any way to treat the people who allow your business to thrive.I went back about a week ago for a follow up visit and was seen this time by Dr. Bob, who I found out is the owner, upon my visit. We struck up a witty conversation and I just felt much better about the whole experience. Dr. Bob really included me in the medical decisions and made sure I completely understood everything he was talking about. He also informed me that Dr. Adsit is longer with the practice because there were simply too many complaints like the one I just registered. Yes his prices are a bit up there but I would gladly p
