I had been on the market for a used Audi A6 for several weeks. After running into a series of unscrupulous dealers who tried to pull the old bait and switch on me (charge a low price to get me in the dealership then add thousands in fees and warantees), I had low expectations for Autohouse. \r

I couldn't have found a more straitforward and honest used car dealer! The price listed was the price I paid! They even serviced the brakes on the car prior to selling it to me. I overpaid by a few hundred dollars because I overestimated the amount I owed the dealer in tax and registration charges. After driving the car off the lot, I was promised that I would be mailed a refund of the difference (they were out of checks at the time). Within days, my refund arrived as promised. My car drives beautifully and I'm very pleased to do business with these guys. Ask for Brian- great guy. Tell him some guy named Kevin who bought an Audi A6 in April '09 gave him and his dealership rave reviews!!
Pros: No bait and switch, honest car dealers
Cons: They're in Massachusetts (I live in NY!!)
