I hate to jump on the ""bad business"" bandwagon here, but I just have to. I am so upset I am crying right now. I called to check on my order/installation, because they said it would be 3-4 weeks. It has been 5, so I was calling. I was yelled at. A lot. Cursing. How is that a way to treat customers. I wanted a local company and I thought it would be okay. Its not. Now, I am trying to get my money back and that just made it worse. It was almost treatening how scary the phone call was. I hope this never happens to anyone else. \r
