We had the estimate done, in Mid May. When the second week of June pasted by with no contact from the company my husband contacted them on a Thursday. We were promised a call on Friday. When Tuesday came rolled around, we called back. The receptionist started to raise her voice with my husband, and when it became unacceptable, he hung up the phone. We received a phone call to our home from the same receptionist, and I proceeded to answer. I was greeted with screaming, demanding to talk to my husband, I asked her calmly to check her attitude and she could call back. She continued to cuss, until finally I handed the phone back. He asked to speak to the owner in which she replied ""I am the F-ing Owner"". He hung up again. We then received a call from the guy who did the estimate on the window its self, trying to mediate between the receptionist and himself. He said he wanted our money back, to which he told us we were not getting it. (This was a standard window, nothing custom). Finally the owner called, asked my husband what had happened, and to which I spoke to. I had to explain to him why it does not matter what happened that it is unacceptable for a business to do this, and we would be contacting the Better business burea and the lawyers on jag if they did not return the money. Finally after threatening action, the agreed to give us our money. We shall see. Never do business with these people. They lack common sense when it comes to ethics, and customer service.
