I want to write about the terrific service we are receiving from our supervisor and LB property Management. When we first started with a management company a year ago, the property was a disaster. We switched, and couldn't be happier. Our supervisor is responsive, communicative and pleasant to deal with. She is willing to research an issue for us and get back to us within a reasonable timeframe. She even shows up on time when she meets with us. To have her help out in the variety of issues that arise on a daily basis is invaluable. LB Property Management is certainly training their supervisors right. We are also very happy with the accounting department and their willingness to resolve and research any issues that may arise.
