I was told 24.99 a month they signed me up for 35.99 and took out over due fees bounced my bank account because they took more than was agreed upon. treated me like I was no good and told me I should have not had my bank account bounce because of them it was my fault. I have been speaking to whom ever answers the phone or whom is at the desk when I come in for almost a month now to get my money. I am told I need to speak with Jim Disteo the employee that signed me up. Then I was told I could speak wity Dan Fortier the General Manager but niether is ever there and dont call me back. I have been a member of Planet Fitness in Norton for 3 years and have never had a billing problem. I also have never been treat the way answer is fitness has treated me. Still no money back yet since May 14th. DONT EVER GO TO THIS GYM!!!!!
