I have lived in Fuquay my whole life. I have never heard anything good about this place. The only good this place does it if you are in need of parts ASAP. Their prices on parts are overpriced and customer service, ha...they have no idea what that is. For instance, I called in yesterday to simply get pricing, I had the part numbers, it would have taken less than a minute of his time. He told me that he was busy and to call back in an hour. I just so happened to be sitting down the road in eyesight. I pulled up, walked in, and he was sitting on his butt not doing a damn thing, no customers around. Every time you call in, or walk in, they treat you as if you are a burden to them and not someone who is paying their bills. Their whole business attitude is not good. Stay away and do not take your broken equipment there if you want it back in less than a year.
