Just about 1 year after application of very expensive ""Spray on Siding"", paint began to peel off , bubble, and split on various areas of the house. Finalcoat owner has many excuses and blames everything but his lack of preparation of the house for the problems. He is now citing ""wood failure"" due to the age of the cedar siding and he is now demanding more money to replace siding before he will honor the ""lifetime warranty"". Two contractors have told me it is not ""wood failure"" - it is his failure to properly prepare the wood( sanding,scraping, caulking) which was part of the original contract. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!
