First of all the DJ calls you to make sure he is going to be well prepared! What a joke, he didnt even have the right date! He called 2 weeks before and I had to correct him on the date...sheesh. Flash foward to the night of our reception, 15 minutes after DJ (Hans) said he'd be there...no sign of him, no call. I have to stop welcoming guests to call and make sure he's still coming. He's caught in traffic (not my problem or his fault, but a call wouldv'e been nice. Strike one! I paid upfront for everything which then should've included disco ball, dance lights and wireless microphone...No No and No. Hans had NONE of this stuff. Strike two! Then Hans plays artists/songs that we specifically put on the SO NOT PLAY LIST which we spent quite a bit of time on...STRIKE THREE! And here's the kicker. I've been trying to get ahold of people in the customer service dept for 3 months now and NOBODY CALLS BACK. I was even connected one time to the ""president"" of the company... This guy may have been the janitor for all I know. Im still waiting for a call back and have a feeling I'll be waiting for a LOOOOOOOOOng time! Needless to say, I would rather have the radio playing at my reception rather than have booked this company.
