What a terrible experience! Unless they are making a sale the associates want nothing to do with you. They were rude to me (the bride) and rude to my girls. They never answer the phone or follow up to let you know your dresses are in. It was one let down after another. I was promised a discount that they couldn't honor. The prices may be cheaper but it is well worth paying more somewhere else for better service. And worst of all, after I bought mine and all the bridesmaids dresses there, they wouldn't give me a discount for the tux's!
